Early Childhood Educators including French and Montessori in Victoria, British Columbia

I am looking for ECE job. In this field i am curious to gain experience and learn everything about my study practically. I have great knowledge about applying guidance strategies and making children comfortable in order to make them learn happily.

I have worked with a multitude of age groups, from newborn to school aged, in a variety of settings, including home child care, daycare and out of school care. I have worked with a variety of philosophies, including nature based, primary caregiving and young parent programs.

I believe in providing an engaging environment to nurture the natural skills of the child in becoming an independent, happy, divergent thinker, and empathetic individual having love and warmth for others.
