I believe in providing an engaging environment to nurture the natural skills of the child in becoming an independent, happy, divergent thinker, and empathetic individual having love and warmth for others. At present, I am working at Footsteps Preschool as a Class Teacher for the Nursery class. I believe in assisting the child in discovering things for herself/himself as well as creating a safe and fun environment blooming with opportunities for the child to grow and learn. The AMI training educated me about Montessori methodology whereas the Early Years Education Program (ECED) has helped me gain an understanding of the ideologies of different educationists and their systems. Being a part of these two ways of thinking has given me a unique insight into how to set up the environment and cater to the individual needs of the children. Besides teaching, I also work as a storyteller where I record videos, narrating stories for young children followed by certain activities and games. I have also engaged myself in a beneficial learning program. I am enrolled in the French Language classes at Alliance Francaise. My strength lies in teamwork and excellent communication skills. I can easily interact with people and I am brilliant at working with kids and smooth at handling them. I would love to bring my skills, knowledge, and passion to your institution.
