Apart from teaching ,one on one interaction with kids is must in today's scenario as parents spend less time with their parents. My experience working with children has always been fun and a great learning experience. It requires a lot of patience but at the end of day knowing that you helped these children grow and excel is overall very rewarding. Working with children with special needs was a very different and unique kind of experience,nonetheless it was a fun and enjoyable experience.
