I am a dedicated educator who is well qualified to provide the motivation and direction students need to successfully learn. Aptitude to remain flexible, ensuring that every child’s learning style and abilities are addressed. Hardworking and trusted educator who strives to collaborate with all members of the school community to meet the needs of students and promote the philosophy of the school. Cooperated with administrators in reviewing and implementing curriculum material and assessments to develop long-term plans for a start-up school. Being an educator and a head of department for 2 years at the international school (Gems American Academy), I have had the opportunity to teach, mentor and lead a diverse group of primary and elementary students, thus enhancing my teaching techniques and instructional methods. As a result, I have developed phenomenal communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills. Furthermore, I have become proficient in developing comprehensive lesson plans; creating stimulating thematic units; and assessing individuals and the class as a whole. One of my greatest strengths as an educator is my creativity in constantly thinking of new and interesting ways to conceptualize ideas and planning new projects and lesson plans. I have a true passion for art and am adept at creating an enthusiastic and motivational atmosphere for students. I accomplish this by incorporating fun activities, colorful materials and incentive programs which help students to have an effective learning experience. This method has helped me create a learning experience that engages and motivates students to learn.
