Worked in the childcare field for 13 years and I was able to work with a wide variety of age groups, I have also had experience in Montessori. Experience i have had with special needs children would be during placements. i have worked with children who have cerebal palsy, autism, behavioural, ODD, learning life skills, quadrapalegics.

I am a knowledgeable childcare assistant and learned all areas of children development. I studied how to observe children, understand their needs, guide and provide activities according to their interest and development. Also, I have learned nutrition, health and safety, as well as care for other children's needs such as how to feed and dress.

I found my experience with children to be very fun and interesting. I remember working at a place where I taught a four year old to read. I believe this is one of my greatest accomplishments.
