Early Childhood Educator in Markham, Ontario

Hello. My name is Hannah and I just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies at Ryerson University this June 2017. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, pre schoolers and school-age children. Previously, I have completed placements in a childcare centre, Ontario Early Years Centre and in the Toronto District School board. In addition, I am a Program Instructor and Casual Caregiver at a private social and recreation club. My philosophy of education is that learning should be a collaborative process that is equitable to all children. I believe in differentiated instruction and several assessment tools that ensure a childs success and growth. I continue to create a warm and inclusive environment by being an effective communicator to both the parents and children. I am flexible and adaptable to different working and learning environments. Currently, I am looking for a position in Early Learning where I can utilize my experience and knowledge to help children and families grow.
