Early Childhood Educator Job in Mississauga, Ontario

Alpha's Discovery Kids Preschool and Daycare is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Supervisor to run a daycare Centre in Mississauga. The Supervisor must have both business skills to manage budgets and operations as well as possess a true passion for working with children and educators to inspire them to achieve their best. Alpha's follows an emergent, inquiry based curriculum based on its 4 Pillars of Learning. The Supervisor must champion, support and ensure the curriculum and values of the organization are implemented. We offer a wonderful work environment to learn and grow. To succeed in this position you are required to have: College or University equivalent education in Early Childhood Studies Registered, and in good standing, with the College of Early Childhood Educators At least 3 years working with and Early Childhood environment, or equivalent Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening Check Valid and up to date First Aid and CPR- C, including infant and child CPR High level of professionalism and communication skills Must be detailed oriented with excellent organization and time management skills Exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong Computer skills to prepare reports using Excel. Strong initiative and ability to carry out programming with minimal supervision Superior written, oral and presentation skills
