Alpha's Discovery Kids Preschool and Daycare is hiring nurturing, caring Supply Teacher RECEs and ECAs to provide quality care and implement an emergent, inquiry-based program focused on 4 pillars of learning. There are three classrooms: Toddler, Jr. Preschool and Sr. Preschool. Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm, nurturing and caring environment for children to learn and develop new skills and abilities. Plan and execute the program and philosophy of Alpha's Discovery Kids 4 Pillars of Learning. Assist children to develop self-regulation and build positive self-concept. Collaborate with parents and support them to identify their child’s developmental strengths/needs through daily communication Knowledge of the Child Care Early Years Act and licensing regulations. Knowledge of ELECT and How does Learning Happen Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. REQUIREMENTS: Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators Early Childhood Education Diploma or Early Childhood Assistant Diploma Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification Two Step TB Test and up to date immunization Police Vulnerable Sector Check
