Alpha's Discovery Kids Preschool and Daycare is hiring nurturing, caring Supply Teacher RECEs and ECAs to provide quality care and implement an emergent, inquiry-based program focused on 4 pillars of learning. There are three classrooms: Toddler, Jr. Preschool and Sr. Preschool. Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm, nurturing and caring environment for children to learn and develop new skills and abilities. Plan and execute the program and philosophy of Alpha's Discovery Kids 4 Pillars of Learning. Assist children to develop self-regulation and build positive self-concept. Collaborate with parents and support them to identify their child’s developmental strengths/needs through daily communication Knowledge of the Child Care Early Years Act and licensing regulations.
