At my previous employment I worked as a youth care worker. the youth ranged from 6-19 years of age. I have also run a kids sports program where the youth ranged from 5-11 years of age. As a youth care work half of my clientele were kids with special needs ( autisms, down syndrome, and fasd).

I have worked as a nanny for toddlers and young children for many years, and have also spent time developing and implementing curriculum in the Vancouver District School Board throughout my university degree. I have young friends with special needs, but have never worked with children with special needs on a personal level.
