I have worked a lot with toddlers and preschoolers. working with children with down syndrome is challenge but also rewarding.

I have been working with children my entire life and look forward to learning and growing with them. For 5 years I was an integration worker in Winnipeg. I worked solely with children with special needs, their families, outside resources such as Occupational Therapists and speech pathologists.

I have placement experience working in Chelsea green children centre. I dont have experience of children with special needs, but i am willing to learning.

YMCA before and after school, High school and Elementary schools as an assistant, Autistic Children for VON Oakridge H.S with autistic children as well as behavioural and mental health needs for group homes.

I am recently a new mom, i have babysitted many children from ages 2 and up. Iam also part of my church children ministry I don't have too much experience but i have worked in a group home and school settling with children that have ADHD, AFSD, and learning disability

I have worked in a daycare center in all age groups, volunteered extensively within classrooms and worked for 4 summers at a summer camp. The summer camp at which I worked for 4 years was only for children and youth with Physical Disabilities. I have extensive experience with personal care and adapting activities to make them possible for each child!

Through my Fanshawe and their ECE programme I have been able to have my field placements at 2 different centers and one Public School. I was hired on at one of the child care centres through the summer as a supply staff where I was mainly in the toddler room. I have always enjoyed working around children and I look forward to a career in child care.

I have worked with children as young as one year old all the way to age seventeen.
