Positive Minds daycare is looking for energetic and caring RECEs in the Toddler, preschool, and before and after school program and a supervisor to provide quality care and implement an educational play-based program. The RECE must follow the goals and curriculum plans of the center and familiarize themselves with the philosophy and policies of the center. Key Responsibilities: Interacting directly with the children, providing quality care. Provide a warm, nurturing and caring environment for children to support their self-esteem Ability to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Develop a collaborative relationship with parents and support them in identifying their child’s developmental strengths/needs through daily communication Knowledge of the Child Care Early Years Act and licensing regulations. Knowledge of ELECT and How Does Learning Happen Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
