We are looking for a CASA Montessori Teacher
Qualifications:
· Accredited Montessori Teacher with a MACTE approved Montessori Diploma is preferred.
· Excellent written and oral communication.
· Holds a current First Aid and CPR certification.
· Possesses current Criminal Reference Check.
· Must provide a clear health assessment- including TB test.
· Able to ensure that all legislation pertaining to the CCEYA are implemented.
· Plan and develop Montessori school programs.
· Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities- field trips and school events.
· Provide opportunity for creative expression through art, dramatic play and music.
· Assess the developmental level of children.
· Prepare progress reports and conduct parent teacher interviews.
· Maintain child care supplies and equipment.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Responsible and independent.
· Creative, hard-working team player, energetic, and flexible.
· Have a very positive and professional attitude and be able to work and contribute to our school and community.
