About the position We are currently seeking bilingual Registered Early Childhood Educators / Early Childhood Assistants / Montessori Teachers / Assistants for our bilingual school & childcare Responsibilities include: · Assisting students in their learning. · Establishing an atmosphere conducive to learning, maintaining good classroom management. · Behaviour management and appropriate modelling. · Using appropriate language and interactions, progressive and positive discipline. · Planning and implementing activities, organizing and monitoring the program. Job Summary · Positions available: full-time / part-time / supply staff / summer camp Must have: Police Check - Vulnerable Sector Screening Standard First Aid/ CPR-C All up to date immunizations Minimum 1 year experience working in childcare or school Qualifications: Registered Early Childhood Educator / MACTE certified · Someone who enjoys working with children · strong spoken & written French (French as a first language - an asset) · Plan and carry out daily activities for the children · Communicate with parents & guardians · Attend meetings and workshops to discuss and develop new teaching methods · comfortable writing progress reports and meeting with parents to discuss progress · Reliable and in good health Seeking candidates that reside in Ontario, Canada.
