Early Childhood Educator Job in Mississauga, Ontario

As a Teacher, you will assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, provide a nurturing and safe learning environment. Our curriculum includes daily instruction in Spanish, the ideal candidate will have at least a working level of the language or be willing to learn it. In addition to performing teaching duties, you will take on supervisory responsibilities by coordinating classroom activities and offering guidance to other staff members. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of children while gaining valuable experience in the field of early childhood education. We seek an individual with strong classroom management skills as well as experience caring for young children with a variety of developmental needs. Knowledge of self-regulation strategies as well as behaviour interventions are an asset (e.g., Zones of Regulation, visual schedules, PECs).
