I have done placement experience during my completion of my Bachelor of Education Degree at York University. I have also volunteered at several organizations involving teaching and guiding children. I recently was a one on one support teacher at Dar es Salaam International Academy in Tanzania. I was supporting a student in grade 4 who has ADD and a processing disorder.

I have been a coach with Oxford Learning centre since 2011 and before that I tutored students when I was in high school and I peer mentored students in middle school. I have coached students and closely worked with students who have ADD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, CAPD and ODD

I have worked with children while volunteering at Walter Scott PS as a co-op student. After graduating from HS, I have worked at a private HS for a period of two years. I have worked with children who had ADHD and learning disabilities. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
