I have over four years experience in providing care for children in small and large groups. In caring for a child with special need I treat him the same just like the other kids in my care.

I love and enjoy to work with children. I have no experience working with Children with special needs.

I have worked in the childcare field since 2012. I have been the ECA as well as homeroom teacher. I have been in charge of making monthly program plans special activities. I have had a few special need children that was in my care.They need more time for direction and patience. On a one one basis it is easier to help the individual child better.

I have two children of my own as well Ibhave ared for various children aged newborn to 12 years old I have work with children with ADHD and Autism spectrum disorder.

Working with children is really worthwhile to see them grow and being able to be part of their life as they grow up. They can learn from us but we can also learn from children. I like working with children because I think it's important to take care of our future generation.
