I have completed my Early Childhood Educator Basic Certificate - I have cared for my own children as well as having worked in a Preschool for two years I worked as ABA support with three autistic children in the a home program as well as in the preschool environment

My experience working with children has varied since I completed my ECE and IT training. I have worked with children ranging from newborn to school age. In my experience I have had the opportunity to have my own classroom, work with great great teams, and continue to learn as an educator. I have yet to have experience with special needs children.

My experience with children is that they are all very different, therefore they all need to be taught differently. You need to have materials out for the children that are different daily so they can explore as they learn.
