I worked in the same childcare Centre for 10 years ages 30 months to 12 yrs. I was a nanny for a couple children ages 1-3. I have 2 children of my own 14 and 6. In the Centre I was at there were a couple of children with special needs such as ADHD and atuisum.

I have worked with all age groups, from infant to school age. I am looking for a manager position or a company that can offer advancements towards a management position.

Being around children is very fulfilling. They bring a smile to my face and warmth in my heart. Being a special part of their early years is what is important to me.

Working with infant to toddler iv learned to change diapers faster then before. Working in a preschool montessori class really changed my perspective on the difference between play base and montessori but I would prefer play base both both is fine. I only ever worked with a special.needs child for 2 weeks and it went well a little more of stuggle though.
