I have 18 years of experience working with both adults and children with various degrees of developmental delays, along with running my own dayhome for the past 11 years. I possess core values such as; honesty, caring, respect and responsibility.  I believe with positive, encouraging support system all children can excel.

Currently I work at a credited Daycare as \\\\r\\\\nPreschool teacher and a day program educator. I work with Cause and Effect and the puff program to facilitate a successful learning environment for students with Autism, ADHD, Non-verbaland ADD.

Volunteering in pre school, kindergarten, and elementary. I have read with children, and helped to teach children in various subjects under the guidance of the teacher I have worked with children who are Autistic, as well with children with various learning disabilities
