As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with experience as an assistant teacher, supply teacher, and fully qualified educator, I bring strong knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to the classroom. I have successfully completed placements at Top Mandarin Daycare Centre and Creative Minds Montessori Academy, where I gained hands-on experience in planning developmentally appropriate activities, supporting children’s holistic development, and creating inclusive and engaging learning environments. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt to diverse teaching approaches and classroom dynamics.
