Since 2001, I have worked with children of all ages as a volunteer. After high school, I went back to school for my ECE certificate. Once I received my ECE certificat, I began working in the Group Care area. I also spent some time in the Out of School Care program and spent a lot of time in the IT room(0-3yrs) to cover for staff holidays and sickness.

I have worked for 10 years as an education assistant in the Richmond School District. For the last 4 years I have worked in an elementary school which is half Montessori, half neighbourhood. I work with a wide range of special needs from autistic, fragile X, developmentally delayed, behavior, medical needs, wheel chair, feeding, toileting.
