Since 2001, I have worked with children of all ages as a volunteer. After high school, I went back to school for my ECE certificate. Once I received my ECE certificat, I began working in the Group Care area. I also spent some time in the Out of School Care program and spent a lot of time in the IT room(0-3yrs) to cover for staff holidays and sickness.

Children are plain and staright keep things instruction and discipline methods staright and clear then they are easy going ,always encourage them rather than praising ,with good reinforcement techniques its way easy to handle children Currently I am working as a Support Worker with autistic Children
