I have worked in summer camps for a few years, doing arts and crafts, dance classes, and sports. I enjoy caring for young children and being a mentor to them.

I did volunteer job at capilano children center and Happy May children center. I also worked in Shanghai English First School to teach children.

I have about 10 years of experiences taking care of family members\' children while the parents are gone for work or not available. Even now I often baby sit my cousin\'s two little boys (age 1 and 3).

I've worked with newborn-toddler aged children at a nursery within my church and have taught and worked with pre-school to school-aged children at community day camps, church day camps, and through directing the youth ministry.

It was a fun learning experience. I have not yet had experience with children with special needs but I am currently taking child and youth care and special needs is a course we cover, which I am covering right now.
