Are you an Early Learning Educator seeking a salary position without all of the extra responsibilities? Join the dynamic team at Educators On Call. Educators on Call is an on call ECE staffing solution. We service childcare and early learning operations in the Lower Mainland. We provide quality and qualified substitute teachers to Early Learning and Child Care establishments. Educators on Call services organizations, multi age home providers and everything in between. Our educators work in all programs and with children of all ages. We are hiring team members to start ASAP Open yourself to a wealth of opportunities but have the flexibility to leave your work at the door when you clock out for the evening. Educators on Call is searching for permanent full-time salary ECE, ECEA, IT, SN and RA employees OR part-time employees paid hourly verses salary. You must have or be willing to obtain one of the following: • ECE- Early Childhood Educator Citation • ECEA- Early Childhood Educator Assistant Citation • IT – Infant/Toddler Citation • SN- Special Needs Citation • RA – Responsible Adult Citation You must also have or be willing to obtain: • Current First Aid Certification • Clear Criminal Record Check • Three Reference Letters • Immunization Record An Educator On Call Employee must have the following skills and characteristics: • Be a team Player • Have strong organization and planning skills • Is adaptable in any environment • Has experience working with a variety of cultures and families • Have well developed interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication • Has strong knowledge and awareness of age-appropriate programming and developmental needs of children and families • Has the ability to always keep a professional rapport with families and coworkers • Be present with the children. Play, nurture, facilitate and engage with them • Is available anytime from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week or available between 7am-6pm for part-time work • Will be responsive to phone calls or messages anytime for your daily call out schedule • Has a valid driving license and reliable transportation Terms of Employment: • Permanent full-time salary position OR part-time hourly position • Minimum one year committed as outlined in the employee contract • Non-compete clause will be signed • Confidentiality agreement will be signed, as you will be working in multiple childcare operations • Wage will be based on experience and credentials • Extended Benefit Plan Available after probation period Education grants available Please send your resume to [email protected]
