We service childcare and early learning operations in the Lower Mainland. Our educators work in all programs and with children of all ages. We are hiring team members to start ASAP!! Educators on Call is searching for full-time salary employees OR part-time hourly employees who hold their ECE, ECEA, IT or RA certification. You must have or be willing to obtain one of the following: • ECE- Early Childhood Educator Certificate • ECEA- Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate • IT – Infant/Toddler Certificate • SN- Special Needs Certificate • RA – Responsible Adult Certificate You must also have or be willing to obtain: • Current First Aid Certification • Clear Criminal Record Check • Three Reference Letters • Immunization Record An Educator On Call Employee must have the following skills and characteristics: • Be a team Player • Have strong organization and planning skills • Is adaptable in any environment • Has experience working with a variety of cultures and families • Have well developed interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication • Has strong knowledge and awareness of age-appropriate programming and developmental needs of children and families • Has the ability to always keep a professional rapport with families and coworkers • Be present with the children. Play, nurture, facilitate and engage with them • Is available anytime from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week or available between 7am-6pm for part-time work • Will be responsive to phone calls or messages anytime for your daily call out schedule • Has a valid driving license and reliable transportation Terms of Employment: • Permanent full-time salary position OR part-time hourly position • Minimum one year committed as outlined in the employee contract • Non-compete clause will be signed • Confidentiality agreement will be signed, as you will be working in multiple childcare operations • Wage will be based on experience and credentials • Extended Benefit Plan Available after probation period Please send your resume to: [email protected]
