Great oppurtunity to learn with different children. Some have special needs, some were typically developed, so I got the hang of both. I have had many placements working with children who have special needs. It was a challenge for me, however, I got through it.

I have over 25 years of experience working with children from infancy to school age. My speciality age group is school age children, run schools out camps, vacation camps. I have some experience working with special needs children. I have worked one on one with children with mild autism, ADHD, behavioral children.

I have been working with newborn to 12-year-old children in various youth programs for five years, which has received very positive feedback from the children, parents, government inspectors, employers, and colleagues. I have worked in-group and one-on-one with the children with autism, ADHD/ADD, deaf, developmental delay, as well as from single-parent family.
