Working with infant to toddler iv learned to change diapers faster then before. Working in a preschool montessori class really changed my perspective on the difference between play base and montessori but I would prefer play base both both is fine. I only ever worked with a special.needs child for 2 weeks and it went well a little more of stuggle though.

Volunteering at Elementary School as a teaching assistant, one-on-one help, class supervision and organization, activity leading. Volunteered as a reading buddy for a 5-year old, one-on-one reading and playing activities weekly.
