Hello, I graduated in 2013 with honours from Bow Valley College in ELCC. I have over 20 years of experience working with children in many different environments. I’m am motivated in making a difference in children’s lives. I have a experience as a preschool teacher, childcare director/ administrator and a ELCC trainer.

Experience working with children of all age groups within the field of Early Childhood care and Education - albeit in Child Care Centres and Day Homes. Experience working with children of all ages with diverse abilities - which includes teens and teen parents.

I love to work with young children. My name is Ravinder Kaur and right now I am working in Okotoks Ab . I can provide a safe and healthy environment for the children. First I always try to build a good relationship with children so they know me before I socialize with them daily.

I am a stay at home mom of two boys age 6 and 10.I also have experience working in day care and out of school care. Planning, programming and caring for children age 2-12. My youngest son was diagnosed with a speech disability at a young age so I know the work and patients that go with children needing extra care.

I have 2.5 years experience working in a before and after school daycare. 2 of those years I was the program director. I also have in home experience taking care of a 12 month child. I have worked with pace kids helping a 2 year old child with developmental delays.

I have lots of experience with kids I have to interact with them on a daily basis and take photos of them all day long to capture memories for a company called lifetouch. I have also worked at certain school that were autistic only and working a lot with special needs kids as well. you just need to be patient and spend a little bit more time with them.

Volunteering in pre school, kindergarten, and elementary. I have read with children, and helped to teach children in various subjects under the guidance of the teacher I have worked with children who are Autistic, as well with children with various learning disabilities
