I have been in the child care field for 10 years now, working with children of all ages. I have experience working with children who have Autism and Down Syndrome.

HAVE MORE THAN 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.LOVE TEACHING CHILDREN TO EAT, DRESS, PLAY INDEPENDENTLY.

Most recently, I am doing a placement at the YMCA-YWCA of Guelph and I work with children ages 0-6 and help run the programs. I also was a camp counselor at a horseback riding camp for children ages 5-13. I use to volunteer with a child who had was on the autism spectrum and had cerebral palsy. I helped her in her swimming lessons once a week.

My teaching philosophy is to instill a love of learning in my students so that they can reach their full potential, academically and personally. More than 12 years experience in teaching.

follow the schedule of the day, assist and help children during activities, craft and play time. I did work with kids that they have autism and delay in cognitive and language develop.

I have been in 3 placements. Assisting with diapers, learning activities, daily routines, ect. Currently working for a Child Care. At my second placement I have helped out a child who was partially death. Helped him communicate with cards, ect. Currently working with two autistic children (school age and preschool).
