I have always had a passion to work with children as their simple approach to everyday life inspires me. I have had the privilege to have had experience with children of all ages over the years, however, I am currently enrolled in the ECE program at a local College in Nanaimo, BC to continue my education in child care.

I have worked at various daycares. working at various day cares I had the opportunity to work with children with special needs.

I am a BC certified teacher. I am currently working part time in a French Immersion Childcare Preschool. I have raised 2 children. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old grandchild. I volunteered in my children's elementary schools for 7 years. I have taken some workshops in ASD. I have a friend with a special needs child.

35 years as ECE, observe, plan, impplement, evaluate programs and activities. Served in Preschools, daycare, summer camps, kindergarten teaching asst. worked with Autism clients and a wide variety of special needs, as supported childcare, teaching asst Vancouver Public Schools, Community Living Associations.

I have experience from children through babysitting, volunteerings and different jobs over the years. I have worked at camp sunsation and volunteers for just for kicks.

I have worked as a Nanny and Early Childcare Assistant within Schools, home-based programs and daycares. I have worked as a Special Education Assistant and Child Development Specialist in School\\\\\\\'s and home based programs. I have Disability Studies experience as well as a Child Psychology Diploma.

I have gained experience with children throughout my program, we were in the daycare every week making observations and implementing age appropriate games that fostered learning and development. I also worked with children in a summer camp, and a youth worker for the last two years. I don't have much experience working with special needs.
