I have been in the field for 14 years. I have worked in all the classroom, been a supervisor and Director of a company I have worked with special needs children with all different needs.

I can say that i had fun. I came up with activity's to keep the kids busy to learn new activities with their growing age. I find it so fulfilling, it's amazing to help those children and build a trusting, working relationship with them.
