During the past twenty five years, as a result of my professional experiences, I have been able to work in all the different areas within child care field (birth to youth age) from front line staff to management . I have been able to work with chiildren with many different special needs - phyiscal, emotional ect. I also have my Resource Teacher Certification since 2000.

I have worked with different ages of children from infant, to per-school. I have worked with the children with autism.

Planned and implemented variety of activities according to children's cues and provided variety of materials. Inclusion of children with special needs in activities I planned and implemented by providing activities and materials according to the child's needs.
