Child and youth worker in group home. 4 field placements. School setting, ymca family centre, treatment foster home, and day treatment program. In working in a group home i have had expereince with childern and youth who have had intellectual disability and learning disabilities.

The experience I have had are with my 5 nephews, as well my cousin\'s children.

I have worked in a daycare center in all age groups, volunteered extensively within classrooms and worked for 4 summers at a summer camp. The summer camp at which I worked for 4 years was only for children and youth with Physical Disabilities. Very rewarding and exciting

I have cared for children of various ages for over ten years. Both babysitting, and also while involved with sports organization. I currently have two of my own children, both girls aged 3 and 1. I have limited experience with Special Needs children but I am completely comfortable working alongside those with more training, and learning as much as I can.
