I really enjoy teaching children and learning things through them. I like to have fun and laugh with the children and also teach them in a fun way. I take my time to learn what the child's needs and wants are. Communication with the parents and teachers are key. Discussions about their day and how they were the night before can help out me out and how i can assist them.

I have been working with children my entire life and look forward to learning and growing with them. For 5 years I was an integration worker in Winnipeg. I worked solely with children with special needs, their families, outside resources such as Occupational Therapists and speech pathologists.

I have worked with children for well over 10 years in various roles. I have with children with special needs while teaching swimming lessons, as a supply ECE and as a temporary full-time ECE.
