I have taught Pre-Kindergarten for six years and Grade 3 for one year.

I have worked with high risk children and youth, in group care settings, day programs, treatment facilities, and as an in home support worker. Behavior modification.

I have been working with children for over 10 years now. I love them, they are my passion and I KNOW I make a positive impact in their lives. I have worked in hospital setting, youth worker setting, before and after school, just to name a few. I have worked with children with different behaviour issues ranging from: ADHD, RAD, FASD...to children with Cerebral Palsy.

Operated a drop in youth centre for 7 and a half years. Worked in a daycare for almost a year as the Assistant Program Supervisor. I graduated from the Lethbridge College with a diploma in the Disability and Community Rehabilitation program. I have worked with children with disabilities for the better part of 10 years.

I have worked with a variety of children at many different ages, stages, and needs, in my practicums as well as in paid positions. I have worked with many children with special needs, specifically developmental needs and the Autism Spectrum.

I have been caring for children for 35 years. I have had a day home for the past 22 years and also taught preschool and been a special needs aide. My husband and I are raising our 4 children, ages 7 - 23 years old. I\'m a Sunday School coordinator/teacher for the preschool class.
