Early Childhood Educators including Infants in Keswick, Ontario

I'm currently looking to change careers. I have two children myself ages 12 and 18 years.

I have worked with child care, respite, babysitting and school age children. I have worked 1:1 for respite, I have worked in my co-op placement for 1 year in a special needs classroom and I have worked as a camp counsellor.

I have worked at a daycare centre for over 5 years now. Working with children 3 months - 9 years old. Over the past 5 years of being in the field I have worked with a few children with down syndrome. I worked as Supervisor of a toddler room while employed with Kinder Play School and have owned an operated a home daycare on two different occasions. I also raised three children. None

Have created nurturing environments, feed, change, potty train, take care of the child\'s needs Have not had much experience, but when I have had it I would stay close to the child (become their shadow) to be able to stay in close range to be able to support them in their daily functions

Daycare

Live-in nanny position, school age before and after school programming, preschool teacher, toddler and infant maternity leaves, one on one care. I\'ve worked one on one with a children with ASD, children with behavioral needs such as ADD, ADHD, children with FAS, children with social anxiety, as well as children who have suffered extreme losses within their family.

Mu first job at 16 was as a daycare teacher. Since then I have nannied, managed children\\\\\\\'s bookstores, volunteered for children\\\\\\\'s advocacy groups, and developed programming for children\\\\\\\'s storytimes.

Assistant camp counsellor duties with kindergarten to age six children. Implementing new methods of teaching in Korea. one on one classes with children with autism. Ensuring their needs are met and that they are learning at their own pace.
