I feel that the information that I have obtained from my college placements and my education really prepared me for the workforce. I am really satisfied with how I am able to communicate with children on all levels, most especially coordinating with team members too. I have used my experience from previous daycares to help support my learning towards my next step as an ECE.

I worked with different age groups. I believe children learn through hands-on experiences and my job is supporting them to find their own answers through explorations.
