I feel that the information that I have obtained from my college placements and my education really prepared me for the workforce. I am really satisfied with how I am able to communicate with children on all levels, most especially coordinating with team members too. I have used my experience from previous daycares to help support my learning towards my next step as an ECE.

Working with the Pre-School Age Group has been a great learning experience. I worked with the early Pre-Schoolers in a day care setting where I was able to do a lot of one of one work with them because it was a smaller group.I later worked with school-aged children in a school board setting as a Casual Designated Early Childhood Educator.
