Hi there, I am an experienced child educator with a varied background in youth education, administration and the arts. I love working with children. I'm inspired by their openness, their imagination and their eagerness to learn. I have a genuine interest for children and their development. I have worked with children from all ages and backgrounds, notably within the NGO Life Makers Malaysia, being the Project Manager of the Orphaned children branch of the organization. I have also worked as teacher for English camps for Thai students. I have very little experience with Children with Special Needs.

I have worked as a dance instructor, summer camp supervisor, supply teacher, and nanny, for children from infancy to twelve years old. I have had a student teaching placement at Bloorview School Authority, where I was teaching and working with kindergarten students with mobility issues, communication and language disorders, and cognitive delays.

I have worked in a variety of childcare settings with children ages 6 months to 13 years, including summer camps, private and public schools, and child care facilities. I have managed a childcare facility licensed for 4 infants and 24 preschoolers for 2 years, supervising up to 6 employees.

I have worked for over 10 years as a babysitter, a full-time nanny, a cook in a children's camp, and most recently, as a Teacher's Assistant in a home daycare & preschool.
