I have had the opportunity to teach Children ages 3-17 English in Japan. I have worked in an English Language school as a child-minder, and a Preschool teacher of 40 children. For the last 5 years, I have been working in preschools and part-time as a nanny.

I have completed all my practicums successfully and I volunteerd for two different centers. Therefore, I have 7 months of experience with children and I learned how to work with them. I believe children have natural interest in learning and I want to promote their learning in various ways.

I provide care for children through their daily routines.\\r\\nI implement activities to meet children\\\'s needs, wants and interests.I use guidance and positive discipline. I care them with their specific needs.I provide activities to enhance their physical, emotional and social development.

I have been working with children for many years through church.I have been in the ECE field for over two years. I have worked with special needs children when I volunteered abroad in Panama to teach English. I have also have directly worked with special needs children in my classroom for two years now.
