Early Childhood Educator in Pickering, Ontario

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic early child hood educator, looking for a job to serve children and community while using all my skills and knowledge from the college of Ece's. I believe in Reggio Emillia philosophy of peadagogy according to which play is the best way of research and basic right of each child to explore the world around them .While environment plays a basic role as the third teacher and its our role as adults to motivate the child by setting up the environment being safe , knowledgeable,supportive and meaningful for young children so that they can learn in a safe and enriched environment in our guidance and supervision .In this way we as Ece's can contribute towards the grooming and nourishing of the well being of future citizens in the shape of those young children .My vision is broad and clear to work according to my pholosophy and ready to use all the knowledge in the field and my strengths and skills are much better with the experience from field practicum and job experience in summer.
