Early Childhood Educator in St. Catharines, Ontario

I have worked at two day cares for children ages 17 months to 3 years, in addition to volunteering at a daycare and in classrooms. I have also worked at residential camp settings with children ages 7-15 years, where I provided programming and cared for the children. The program at the daycare that I volunteered at was a integration program. 4 out of the 8 children had special needs. I assisted these children in completing their activities. I worked at both an inclusive camp, where children with special needs were integrated into the cabin groups, as well as a camp for children with neurological disorders. I assisted these children with camp activities as well as their self-care and supporting positive social behaviours.
