Currently working as a Toddler teacher at a Montessori school..... addition, I have worked at varies daycares as well as Parent and Family literacy Center, having more then 10 years experience working with young children. I am bilingual ( English and Cantonese) and enjoy working with people, especially children.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nI m patient,confident and committed to be working with children in a supportive and child-centered environment. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Successfully implement curriculum and ensure adherence of teaching practices in a learning environment\\\\r\\\\n• Observe and document children’s behavior and development noting early signs of learning disabilities and/or areas requiring special attention\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure licensing standards are met at all times\\\\r\\\\n• Work with persons and children from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds
