I have 8 years of experience of childcare (RECE) with all age groups and have enjoyed it greatly. My strength in transforming Environment to be the third teacher and Reggio inspired has been noted on reviews as exceptional. My skills in documenting children's learning through the use of pedagogical panels, learning stories and storypark portfolios has been a great collaborative tool for children and families. Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership and peer mentoring skills through workshops and training sessions that has allowed me to work with diverse coworkers on implementing company goals and objectives for environments, programming, and outdoor education that has been very successful.
