I am a registered ECE with two years of experience working in various childcare centers such as Junction,\r\nMacaulay, Queen Street, and Centro Clinton. Have plenty of experience working with children aged six weeks\r\nto 12 years, in a variety of early childhood education settings. Incorporated emergent curriculum, meaningful\r\nengagement and equitable outcomes for all children taking into account appearance, age, culture, language,gender, family environment and developmental abilities. I haven't worked with children with special needs yet, but eagerly waiting for an opportunity.
