Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have been working as an ECE for over nine years now. I started working at a Day care centre here in Toronto after graduating from high school. My first position was working as an assistant with children between the ages of 3 months- 4yrs. After graduating from Sheridan College I started my career in the Infant room ad continued to work with the preschoolers. After moving to a new area in Toronto I was hired by a nursery school in midtown that only offers mornings. My afternoons have consisted of different opportunities such as being a nanny, assisting kindergarten teachers and after school programs. I havent worked with any speacial needs children but I have grown up with an aunt who has down syndrome.
