Working with children has allowed me to reach my own intellectual and spiritual potential. This is accomplished my maintaining a safe enriching learning environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while recognizing diversity. My biggest gain has been the teaching experiences around children, learning from them, and proving them opportunities to exercise imagination and creativity.
