One of my greatest strengths is my ability to plan both individual and group activities that can incorporate a diverse group of children. In addition, I develop an excellent, trusting rapport with all parents and children to make certain they feel comfortable and safe in the classroom. \r\nMy leaders will confirm I am punctual and never missed a day of work. They will also confirm that I bring a positive influence to the centre and the children. As a versatile educator, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children including those that struggle with learning disabilities and behavioural challenges. From this experience, I have been able to remain sensitive to children\'s unique capabilities, provide individualized support and am able to collaborate with other teachers to develop a warm and supportive learning environment.
