Early Childhood Educator in Montreal, Quebec

My name is Julia Bastidas. I am a Venezuelan citizen. I hold a Venezuelan bachelors Degree in Education from 2005-201... and I also hold a Canadian College Diploma in Special Care Counseling from LaSalle College 2012-201.... I have several years of experience working with kids. I started working at summer camps, and then I was an Au Pair for a Family for 4 years. After graduation in Venezuela I worked for a year at the pre-nursery classroom with kids from 1-2 years old. Then I moved to Canada to study and while studying Special care counseling, I worked as an animator at Le Petit Gym du Saint Laurent. I did my first my internship at Hampstead School-Montreal. Then I did my second internship at the YMCA RESIDENCE with the refugees, asylum seeker, homeless and Inuits, as the animator of the kid’s room then I got hired in May 2015. At the moment I am living in Venezuela. I am working as a Teacher in the pre-nursery room with kids between 1 and 2 years old. I hold a Certificat de Selection du Quebec. I am waiting for my permanent residence documents to arrive. I would love to be able to work in Canada while I wait for my residence. I enjoy teaching. I speak three languages fluently (Spanish-English-French). I am a dynamic person. I would like to get an opportunity to become an educator in Canada
