I have been working with young children for the last 14 years. Indeed, it has been an amazing experience where I learnt about their different learning styles based upon their interest and readiness.And, thus looking at this I have developed lesson plans, evaluated children\'s abilities, interests and thus planned further intervention with regards to different subject areas. My experiences with children with special needs reflects that early intervention accelerate their learning potential. Also,play is an effective tool to be used by the teachers and parents to develop their different skills and behaviours..... it is an naturalistic, less stressful mode of intervention for them.
